This was a difficult album to make as it details both my experiences with the COVID-19 pandemic and a pattern I encountered a lot within my life, characterized by the introduction of a new, unfamiliar situation.

It details a descent into mental anguish characterized by a loss of sobriety, a loss of the self, the loss of family, the loss of faith, with only the voices in your head reflecting back the concerns of those you love to eventually break away when it's already too late.

It also details the feeling of recognizing the situation, the struggle to give grace to one's self, acknowledging the regrets around hurting the ones you love, and ultimately the work necessary to accept everything is going to pass with understanding this may happen again.

As such, I would dub it as a concept album surrounding grievance in general. It's hard to describe, and if anyone could diagnose me using this album, please go ahead.
